I live near Englewood. I do not think the market has bottomed out yet. A house is identical to mine on sale more than $ 50,000 less than I paid for mine and still no takers. The problem is that new home builders are selling for less people want houses for 3-5 years old.
Three of the most important builders of Florida just betwooen lower their prices 20 to 25 percent. Achieve market is soft and softer.
I'm in Naples and the MKT is so bad that we are told to make our houses Mkt if it does not sell. There are houses in the mkt then there are viewers for homes.
