Real Estate in San Diego

I've been following the real estate listings in the San Diego area for about 6 months and it seems that prices will not go lower. What do you think about the current real estate market. You know what I found? This is definitely the time to be buying investment property in San Diego. Although it is a very competitive market right now. Almost all goods I call cash has offers on the table. It is not uncommon for a property to have 25 or more deals. There are people all over the country doing deals in places that have not even seen. In the price range of under $ 400,000, cash investors becomes very difficult for homebuyers with conventional FHA and VA loans to buy property. Prices in most areas are stabilizing and areas are rising. If you are trying to buy a property with multiple offers that you need to tighten up all contingency periods, and not ask the closing costs, repairs or guarantees of origin. Another way to beat a cash buyer is to eliminate the appraisal contingency. This is risky because it could get stuck paying the difference if the appraisal comes in low.

I grew up in San Diego and have several relatives who live there and are investors ER. I bought my first property in San Diego in 1979. I think the prices are near the bottom unless something imprevisto.Pero whether now is a good time to buy depends on your personal circumstances, such as how long you will live in or near the area, is buying a personal residence or investment property, and what your financial situation (job security, the amount of savings, etc..) But if your only criteria as to whether to buy or not: Are the prices go lower? Overall, I think we're near the inferior.Mi question is what do you hope to achieve by investing in renewable energy? Also: Are you an experienced investor or not RE? Are there short-and long-term investment program and does not have an exit strategy? Good luck. R /
